Our business hours are from 9a-5p CST Monday-Thursday, 8a-7p Fridays due to high volume please allow up to 24 hours for a response.

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY 

Returns for store credit ONLY! NO Refunds accepted due to all pieces being handmade per order. Must have order returned within 10 days of the delivery date, once arrived please allow 24 hours for store credit to process. 

Alterations are available if needed. Must email request within 7 days of arrival to contact@shopjhome.com.
